Growing up on a livestock farm in South Wales ignited my interest in agriculture, food, business and marketing. I have always been creative with an eye for design, enjoying baking, fashion, and interior design.
I pursued these interests further at Harper Adams University, renowned for its focus on food production (farm-to-fork), where I earned a BSc (Hons) in Agri-Food Marketing with Business Studies.
Since then, I have gained valuable industry experience with various FMCG food businesses and brands, taking on numerous roles, including, Senior Brand Manager and Marketing Manager.
I am a genuine foodie with a deep passion for branding, marketing, NPD, and innovation. I take pride in bringing ideas to life through a strategic, creative, organised and hardworking approach.
